Refining
We offer a refining service to all our customers to help achieve a fast, economical way of recycling precious metals at preferential rates.
Precious metals returned to us for refining are melted into a bar and then a sample is analysed to ascertain its composition. Based on this result and also the after-melt weight of the material, a value is calculated.
This sum can then be off-set against future purchases or existing account balances. Alternatively, the metal can be held in a ‘pool-account’ until the customer requires new product to be manufactured.
